Since 1985, we have been designing and manufacturing advanced optical solutions for
both standard LED lighting and custom projects at our headquarters in Milan, Italy. Our
28,700 sqm industrial facility combines cutting-edge technology with Italian precision – From Project to Object.
We operate one of the most advanced coating facilities, utilizing plasma polymerization
PECVD technology specifically developed for treating our LED Optical Solutions.
We operate an advanced logistics system supported by a fully automated, high-efficiency storage facility featuring a 100% robotized pick-and-place system. This technology ensures precise handling, optimized inventory management, and seamless order processing.
FLORA lenses are compatible for COB LEDs with LES ranging from 6mm to 13.5mm in diameter. Available in 3 Beam Angle Types: Medium, Wide and Extra Wide. Made of optical grade PMMA, dimensions: Ø35mm | Ø50mm.
These optics are powered by “FULL OPTICAL SURFACE” technology and engineered for street lighting applications (EU Street Lighting Classification according to EN 13201:2015). By achieving over 95% optical efficiency, this technology captures and redirects every bit of light that would otherwise be lost, ensuring maximum illumination with minimal waste.
JOY Lenses are compatible with up to 5050 size LED packages. Available in 4 Beam Angle Types: Narrow, Medium, Wide and Extra Wide. Made of optical grade PMMA, dimensions: Ø16.1 mm – 10.00mm height.
PIXEL 2×2 reflector NEMA 2 is ideal for sports area lighting, indoor and outdoor. 24.000 cd/klm CBCP and top-tier glare control, 50x50mm array made-of-4 reflectors, perfectly compliant with Zhaga Book 15 PCBs.
ANDROMEDA Lenses engineered for Mid Power LEDs. Available in two Beam Angle Types: Wide & Extra Wide. Made of optical grade PMMA, dimensions: 279.50mm x 21.00mm side – 14.32mm height.
Grace is the new series of the revolutionary optical diffuser for COB LEDs, available in 35mm and 50mm diameters, made of PC material, compliant with Zhaga standards (For ZHAGA Book 3 and 11 Connectors), Twist&Lock.
SAGITTARIO lenses are linear optics specifically designed for 2835 and 3030 package LEDs. The length of these optical solutions can be customized according to the required application.
KFLEX64IP lenses have been specifically designed for the 3030 package LEDs. Ideal for various applications: street light and car parking illumination as well as industrial and sport facilities installations, indoor and outdoor.
